In the preface of my book, I say that fishing really isn't about catching fish, it's about spending time with people that you care about and visiting special places. To some degree, this philosophy applies to guided trips as well. Sometimes, the motivation for scheduling a day of guided fishing is for a husband to introduce his wife to the joys of fly fishing, or for a son to treat his father to a trip he can longer do on his own. Lobster Dinner
Our most popular "extra" is a lobster dinner that is prepared streamside and served on a portable table with linen table cloth and real china. The meal includes boiled lobster with drawn butter, corn on the cob, potato, salad, a loaf of bread and a bottle of wine. The cost is $65 per person.

Other premium services include float plane fly-outs to remote trout ponds and four-star lodging options.
